G3 Signature is the core training experience at G3 Fitness Blaxland and it's where most members start and stay.

Every session combines strength training and conditioning into a fully programmed, coach-led workout. You walk in, your coach runs the session, and you leave having done exactly what your body needed. No planning required.

The program is built to be:
• Scalable — every movement can be adjusted for your level
• Progressive — your training builds week on week
• Challenging but achievable — you'll be pushed, but never broken
• Varied and engaging — no two weeks feel the same

What makes G3 Signature different is our rotating training focus weeks. Each week has a specific focus — think Heavy Weeks, Tempo & Combo Weeks, or Conditioning Weeks — so your sessions stay fresh, your body keeps adapting, and you never hit a plateau.

Train 3–5x per week and you'll feel the difference within weeks. This is structured fitness that actually works — and a community that makes you want to come back.

G3 Underground

Performance-focused training for members who want to go further.

G3 Underground is our performance training program — launched in 2025, built for the members who want more.

It sits alongside G3 Signature in the studio — same coaching culture, same community — but with a sharper focus on performance, athletic conditioning, and developing a higher level of fitness.

Underground sessions are built around:
• Olympic barbell lifts
• Hybrid fitness and athletic conditioning
• Strength endurance
• Functional fitness-style training

If you're training for an event like Hyrox or a functional fitness competition, chasing a new performance benchmark, or you simply want to be pushed harder than a standard group class — Underground is your program.

It brings a different energy to the floor. Grittier, more competitive, higher output. But it's still G3 — the community and coaching standard don't change.

Underground is included with all memberships, no additional costs involved.

    Members can attend any three sessions from the weekly timetable. Training three times per week is one of the most effective ways for people to build strength, improve fitness, and stay consistent long term.

    Members receive the same coaching, programming, and community as unlimited members — simply with a weekly session limit.

    The 2 Sessions Per Week Membership is a great option for people who want to stay active while committing to two sessions per week. This is ideal for:

    • Beginners starting their fitness journey
    • People returning to training
    • Busy parents or professionals
    • People supplementing other activities (sport, running etc.)
    • Members can attend any two sessions from the weekly timetable.
